Question by gosomeplacefun: What is the best way to get people to join a business?
I am trying to get individuals to join in on a business I just started. What is the best way to do this? Initially, I thought offering a commission was the best way to do this, as it is a at home based travel business which does not require the person to do actual sells. Then I realized that unless someone is REALLY in need of making a regular paycheck, instead of having just “additional income,” this would not work because they would have to sell, sell , sell in order to earn the commissions. So … I then thought, if one WANTS to earn the additional income, offer a LOW membership fee to sign on with NO monthly fees (because I pay the licensing fee), offer incentives like free trips, discounts on packages, along with a referral fee per package sold, etc. Is this a good idea?
