Question by Judith: Is it illegal for a business (online) to present customers with a false address?
is it illegal for an online business to have a false address? This particular company states a false address on all parts of their site including the sales and TOS and privacy documents. Is this legal and binding? And, is this company illegal?
I am personally aware that this biz is NOT currently housing on the address they state actively on their sales pages, TOS, privacy and other parts of their biz site.
Question is: Is this legal.
