I am starting an online business, but I have a primary job in which I work different shifts every week. Quitting my job is not optional at this time. I would like for my customers to be able to contact the company in case they have questions. I don’t have enough money to hire someone to answer the phone. Are there any alternatives?

Direct customers to an email address or separate phone line for your business with an answering machine, that way you can get back to them when you’re not working.
