Question by Henry: What steps should i take in establishing an online business?
i will be starting a home based business online, but the thing is i don’t know if i have to establish it as a legal business entity through my state, or can i just start selling stuff online because its different than a”normal business”……….help!!!

I’m gussing you have to get a tax id and registrar with the state.
