Question by : what do I need to start my own online business?
I am looking into different options so that I can be a stay at home mom and I know an online business is one of the easier ways while still bringing in money. I know first thing is something I can sell that is easy to market and in demand. but that aside. If I sell products online what do I need to do to start up? And personal experiences doing this will be appreciated:)
I would like to make products possibly clothing and custom designs, maybe baby items. Still debating the product.

The best way to do business these days is online. Im glad you have chosen that. You don’t have to meet clients, manage cash or anything at all. Sell a service or a product, people visit your site, they pay, and you deliver. It is as simple as that.
To start with, you need to know what is the best product you should choose to sell. For example, I don’t sell shoes and clothes. But I sell gadgets on ebay. That suits me best. Though there is a lot of competition in gadgets, and less for shoes and apparel, I’d sell only things that I am comfortable with selling.
So pick a product that you would find comfortable with selling Or a service which you provide. It should be a product that you would buy off the internet. This is important, as only if you have an attachment to that product, you would be able to present it well on the site and sell it well. A tech guy simply can’t sell grocery.
So I guess this is the first thing that you need to be looking at wen you plan to start an online business.
