1) Business license
2) Tax Registration (Sales Tax License)
3) Seller Permit
4) Trade Name Registration
It will be a online business and I will be the Sole Proprietor

You need to look into what is required in your area. For instance, some rural locations don’t need a business license.
You do need to look into getting a fictitious name and doing the filing. Your county has resources for that. While you are there, ask about your seller’s permit.
Your state office will have info on sales tax license.
